Milena Yankova, our Director Global Marketing at Ontotext is attending and presenting at the Open Data Expo in Sofia on 29th of November in Betahaus. Milena’s ambition is to start a conversation around the trends of structured journalism and Open Data in Bulgaria. Some of the foremost examples to be analysed are The Manifesto from BBC and The New York Times Innovation Report.
The Open Data Expo is organized by “NGO Links” along their completion #Empower the citizens! #Hack the system!. This even is celebrating the final awards whit presentations from each of the nominees.
The ceremony features many of the leader in business, media, science and NGOs. We will have the change to share the stage with the contestants and colleagues and give our contribution to the adoption trend of Open data. Other invited talks will feature analysis, visualizations, data publishing and trends using latest technology achievements.
