SOA4ALL (Service Oriented Architectures for All) aims to provide a comprehensive framework and infrastructure that integrates complementary and evolutionary technical advances (i.e., SOA, context management, Web principles, Web 2.0 and Semantic Web) into a coherent and domain-independent service delivery platform.

SOA4ALL is funded as a Information and Communication Technologies Project under European Commission 7th FP with a budget around 9.5M euros. It started March 2008 with a 3 years duration. SOA4ALL was coordinated by ATOS ORIGIN, Spain.
