No Ontotext Refine Email

Some reasons you might not be getting that Ontotext Refine Download email:

  • If that email address is invalid or misspelled, you will not receive the email
  • Another possible reason why you might not be receiving the Ontotext Refine email is that perhaps it went into your SPAM folder. Please check there too.
  • If you are downloading Ontotext Refine from a corporate network, it is very likely that the firewall settings of your server could be blocking our emails. This means that the GraphDB email can’t even reach your SPAM folder. To address this, you can suggest to your IT department to whitelist Ontotext’s Email Sending IP: 136.147.176.113, so you will be able to receive future emails from us.
